Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.

Shipping rates & free shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders over €50. Orders under €50 are charged a flat shipping rate, which is shown at checkout before you pay.

Estimated delivery times

• Netherlands & Belgium: 2–4 business days
• Rest of the EU: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. They may vary during sale periods and public holidays.

International orders

Any customs fees or import duties for orders shipped outside the European Union are the responsibility of the customer.
