We want you to love your SCLPTIQ ritual. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened skincare products can only be returned if they are faulty or damaged.

How to start a return

Contact us via our Contact page with your order number and the reason for your return. We will then send you instructions on how and where to send your parcel. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 14 days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the funds to appear on your statement.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong product, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Right of withdrawal (EU)

If you are ordering from within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you receive the goods. To exercise this right, please inform us via our Contact page.
