Order processing

Orders placed before 23:00 (CET) on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after that, or during the weekend, go out on the next business day. As soon as your order ships you receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.

Free shipping — on every order

Shipping is completely free on every order, with no minimum order value. You never pay shipping costs at SCLPTIQ — the price you see is the price you pay, wherever we deliver.

Estimated delivery times

• Netherlands & Belgium: within 2 business days
• Rest of the EU: 2–4 business days
• Outside the EU: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. They may vary during sale periods and public holidays.

International orders

Any customs fees or import duties for orders shipped outside the European Union are the responsibility of the customer.
